Joan Ferrán is a partner at RSM and specialises in Business Solutions.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting and technology solutions sector. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation projects, business management system implementations (ERP, CRM, BI) and process optimisation in companies across different sectors.

His expertise ranges from digital strategy to the management and implementation of large-scale technology implementation projects. At RSM, Joan has assisted numerous organisations in the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and other technology solutions from the RSM stack, driving efficiency, systems integration and data-driven decision-making.

Before joining RSM, he developed his career at leading companies such as SAP, Oracle, Lawson Software and iStone, where he gained solid experience in commercial management and international projects.

Joan holds a degree from ESADE Business School and has executive training from IESE Business School.

His approach combines strategic vision with the practical ability to carry out high-impact projects, helping companies grow sustainably through the intelligent use of technology.
