Fernando is a Partner in Tax & Legal in Valencia, specialising in Public and Regulatory Law.

His professional practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to companies and Public Authorities on matters relating to public procurement, state liability, public assets, sanctioning procedures, planning and environmental law, passenger transport, among other areas, all of them linked to public-private collaboration. He also has extensive experience in administrative litigation and administrative proceedings.

He developed his professional career at BROSETA for fifteen years before joining RSM. Previously, he worked as Head of the Legal Department at G & C, S.A., mainly dealing with matters related to development, construction, planning and the environment.
