He has extensive experience building and leading high-performing teams, driving innovation, and successfully managing complex projects.

José holds a degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minho (Portugal). Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in retail companies and technology consulting firms serving the retail sector, including Grupo Sonae, Wipro, and Parfois.
