Alfredo Klein

Alfredo Klein is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. Since 2001, his professional and academic experience has allowed him to develop a wide range of practices related to the corporate and real estate worlds, as well as advising clients on legal disputes and/or debt restructuring.

He has worked with local, regional, and global firms in their start-up and subsequent implementation of businesses in a wide variety of fields, including: development of fiduciary structures for the administration and/or financing of various types of ventures; complex legal and/or arbitration litigation; liability restructuring; and strategic advice and resolution of corporate conflicts and asset organization.

He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate and has led the negotiation and financial and legal structuring of some of the most important real estate ventures in Argentina, including AAA buildings for residential and corporate use, hotel ventures, and country clubs. He has also participated in the restructuring of liabilities for important civil associations and commercial companies in Argentina. 

In parallel with his legal career, Alfredo has been involved in academic teaching, an activity that complements his professional growth. Since 2002, he has taught classes at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in the subjects of corporations, insolvency and bankruptcy, and civil and commercial contracts.

He was also a professor in the postgraduate program in Business Law at the University of Business and Social Sciences and a guest professor in the Contracts course of the Master's program in Corporate Law at the University of Belgrano.
