Fernando Sasiain is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, and his expertise covers a wide range of practices related to the corporate and business world, both in domestic and foreign companies.

This includes, among other things, participation in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) between Argentine and international companies, structuring efficient platforms to channel investment rounds, both local and foreign; drafting conflict prevention shareholder agreements; intervening in complex corporate conflicts; setting up joint venture agreements with domestic and foreign companies; and advising on corporate governance and compliance matters.

In recent years, Fernando has focused his practice on the digital transformation of the business world, advising technology companies on their startups and digital transformation, cross-border operations, blockchain applications, smart contracts, and decentralized finance.
