Before joining RSM, he was the lead partner of the Deals & Structuring area at PwC Chile. He was also the lead partner of the Consulting division for over 10 years at PwC Chile and founded and led the Forensics & Dispute Analysis area.

Expert in financial analysis services, due diligence, valuations, appraisals, mergers and acquisitions for both local and international companies.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and Certified Public Accountant in Chile.

Bilingual (English and Spanish).
