- RSM officially open new offices at Iveagh Court, Dublin 2
RSM Ireland and RSM UK together with RSM US LLP and RSM Canada the leading providers of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – announced today that they will join forces through a new transatlantic partnership, effective January 1, 2026.
Since RSM Ireland, RSM UK, RSM US and RSM Canada announced their intent to strengthen their relationship in October 2024, the firms have worked towards the creation of a partner-owned platform that optimises their ability to serve global clients, develop talent and accelerate growth. This transatlantic partnership is expected to achieve those objectives by successfully aligning governance, including a common approach to financial incentives, client service and future growth investments.
Owners of each firm cast near-unanimous votes in favour of the new partnership structure which will bring together 23,000 professionals operating across Ireland, the UK, US, Canada, India and El Salvador, generating combined annual revenues of $5 billion (USD).
Aligning with the news, RSM Ireland welcomed Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Services, Reform and Digitalisation, Jack Chambers TD, to officially open its new office in Iveagh Court, Dublin 2.
This comes as RSM Ireland continues to expand its role within the wider RSM network – a significant milestone in its continued growth and its ambition to be the adviser of choice to the middle market both in Ireland and internationally.
As part of RSM’s global network, which spans 120 countries, 900 offices and 65,000 professionals worldwide, RSM Ireland’s continued expansion paves the way for its partner-owned future with enhanced reach and resources to service clients with increasing need for globally integrated services.
RSM Ireland’s new state-of-the-art office in Dublin’s central business district follows an extensive refurbishment of the landmark Iveagh Court building and represents a major investment in RSM’s people, clients and future growth. The space is designed to foster collaboration and creativity, equipped with leading-edge technology to support hybrid working and international connectivity across the RSM network.
The new office move builds on strong and sustained growth for RSM Ireland, which recorded a further 20% increase in revenue in the financial year to March 2025. The firm currently employs 250 people and continues to invest in talent as part of its ongoing strategic expansion with plans to hire 250 people in the next three years.
Commenting on the development, Minister Jack Chambers TD, said: “RSM Ireland’s investment in this landmark Dublin office, aligning at the same time as it bolsters its global reach, highlights the strength and reputation of Ireland’s professional services sector.
“It also reflects confidence in Ireland as a hub for international business and innovation. I commend RSM Ireland for its continued growth and contribution to our economy. I look forward to seeing how the firm continues to expand its reach, both domestically and internationally, following this transatlantic partnership announcement.”
Niall May, Managing Partner, RSM Ireland, added: “Today marks a new chapter for RSM Ireland. Finalising our transatlantic partnership as we officially open our new office in Iveagh Court is a truly significant landmark for the company.
“This partnership will further strengthen RSM Ireland’s transatlantic capabilities, accelerate our continued investment in our marketplace and people, as well as further servicing the needs of our clients as they expand globally.
“Our new office positions us in the heart of Dublin’s business community, providing a dynamic environment where our people can thrive, ideas can flourish and client relationships can deepen.
“We were delighted to welcome Minister Chambers to open our new Dublin office and to celebrate this important milestone with our colleagues, clients and partners.”
*A new limited liability partnership will be formed that will serve a centralized governance role based on the authority delegated by RSM US, RSM Canada, RSM UK and RSM Ireland (the “Related Firms”). Each Related Firm will remain a separate legal entity for legal, regulatory and tax purposes. References to “enterprise,” “us,” “we,” “our” and the like, mean each of the Related Firms operating under the new structure, and should not, under any circumstances, be interpreted to mean that the Related Firms are anything other than separate legal entities for legal, regulatory and tax purposes.
