What to expect as a graduate
Our graduate programme will provide all the training and support you need to reach your career goals and unlock a future that’s packed with new experiences.
Whether you join us in Audit, Tax, or Consulting, our three-year graduate programme is open to all kinds of backgrounds. During our programme, you can study for ACA, ACCA or ITI qualifications as well as those in the areas of leadership, management, HR and law.
Our combination of on-the-job learning, structured training, access to partners and an impressive client list ensures that you will graduate as a technically skilled professional with a well-rounded business understanding.
Your graduate journey
Once you accept your offer, you'll join our private graduate LinkedIn community where you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at life at RSM, hear from future colleagues and meet some of your fellow graduates.
When you join us, you'll take part in our induction programme, meet your team, get to know your new workplace and build the skills and confidence to hit the ground running.
From the start, you'll work with clients, learn from experienced colleagues and begin building your professional qualification. Structured, hands-on training will help you develop core technical and professional skills, with practical exercises to build your confidence.
You'll build stronger client relationships, deepen your technical knowledge and start taking ownership of your work. Your training will continue to develop with you, focusing on applying your skills in more complex client and team scenarios. You may even have the chance to support and mentor newer graduates as they begin their own journey.
By year three, you’ll be trusted with greater responsibility, developing client relationships and sharing your knowledge with others. Through advanced practical training and case study exercises, you’ll continue building the judgement and confidence needed for qualification and beyond.
Once qualified, your career doesn’t stop. Whether you want to specialise, lead teams or progress into leadership, we'll continue to support your development every step of the way.
