How we are responding to the Coronavirus spread.
We thought it might be a good idea to touch base on how RSM Ireland are responding to the threat of the coronavirus.
Undoubtedly our capacity to deliver best in class service for our clients will be tested over the coming weeks and months, as we and the country deal with the effects of the growing threat. Our guiding principle must be to do what we can to reduce the risk to our clients and our people.
We are paying close attention to what health authorities here and overseas are recommending in that regard, acting accordingly and proportionately.
We have taken a number of precautionary measures. We previously split our critical teams across multiple locations to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination and ensure we had resilience across the business. Unnecessary travel has been cancelled. We have required people returning from high risk areas to self-isolate for appropriate periods. Our staff have the necessary technology to work securely from multiple locations, including their homes, which has been tested and implemented.
Our teams are available and will continue to work with you to ensure your matters are dealt with promptly in these unchartered times.
We will continue to put appropriate time and resources into preparing for different scenarios as we seek to deliver service to you, and protect our people and continue to deliver the best possible level of service.
