Application 

At RSM, you’ll be challenged to learn and grow from day one, but it’s important to find the right opportunity for you and to make sure that we’re the right fit. Being prepared in advance can help you maximise your chances of finding the right role and succeeding in your application. So take the time to look through our available roles and to apply for the one that most suits your career aspirations.

 

  • Allow yourself plenty of time to complete and proofread your application - strong applications take time and consideration.  
  • Make sure that your application is in your own words – text copied from a website or AI is obvious to the reader. 
  • Ensure to check the dates you have provided to prevent inconsistent information in your application. 
  • Outline strong examples of your work experience and extracurricular activities to demonstrate your skills and abilities.  
     

Interview

To stand out in an interview, you’ll need to show that you understand our culture, business and values. We’ll also look to find out more about your skills and experience, and why you think you’ll be a good fit. Preparing for your interview in advance will help you feel confident. Take an interest in RSM by coming to one of our graduate college fairs or presentations to get a feel for what it’s like to work at RSM 

  • Your interview will be held in person in our Dublin office. Dress smartly as you would for any interview. Remember that if the interview is being held remotely, you’ll be visible while on the call. 
  • Create a good first impression. Always make sure to be punctual. Plan your commute prior to the interview. Be prepared. Learn as much as you can about RSM, who we are, our services and our values.  
  • Make sure you listen to each question and think about your response before replying to ensure you give your best example. 
  • Ask us questions. These can be about our firm, our clients, the opportunities we can offer you and what you can expect from us
  • Be yourself. Remember, we think personality and passion are just as important as good exam results. 

Offer  

If successful, a member of our team will personally contact you to offer you a graduate position. We'll answer any questions you may have and outline the next steps. 

  • You will then receive your contract and onboarding information, giving you everything you need to prepare for your journey with RSM.
