Ronan Gilmartin

Audit Partner

Ronan leads the provision of audit and related services to RSM Ireland’s Technology and Media clients and is co-leader of the firm’s Technology Markets group.  

Working with a Big 4 firm prior to joining RSM Ireland in 2024, Ronan has over 18 years’ experience in providing audit and related assurance services to a range of domestic, international and publicly listed companies.

With a keen interest in helping growing enterprises navigate complex accounting matters, Ronan has amassed in-depth knowledge of company law, local GAAP (FRS101, FRS102), IFRS and US GAAP during his career to date. He also holds sectoral experience in Retail, Real Estate, Energy and Non-for-profit sectors.  

Current focus areas of client delivery include FRS 102 changes adoption and corporate sustainability reporting.  

He is also excited to lead firmwide audit digitalisation initiatives at a time when evolving technology is fundamentally changing the nature of audit and related services.  

Ronan is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
