Ronan Gilmartin

Ronan Gilmartin is a Partner in Audit at RSM Ireland, leading the provision of audit and assurance services to the firm's technology clients and co-leading its Technology Markets group.

With over 20 years’ experience, Ronan works with high-growth, private equity-backed businesses, multinational groups and publicly listed companies. He has particular experience supporting large international organisations that have chosen Ireland as their EMEA headquarters, helping them navigate complex financial reporting, governance and assurance requirements.

Through his leadership role within RSM's Technology Markets group, Ronan focuses on the issues shaping the sector, including digital infrastructure, power and data centre capacity, artificial intelligence regulation and the evolving environment for technology businesses. He also has significant experience across the fintech, energy and charities sectors.

Ronan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also a Board Member of Charities Institute Ireland and Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee.
