Frank joined RSM Ireland as a Partner in 2022 and leads the firm’s Corporate Finance team. He advises owner-managed and mid-market businesses, investors and boards on M&A (buy-side and sell-side), financial due diligence, valuations, debt and equity funding, and strategic finance decisions.

Frank works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to understand what matters most - value, certainty of outcome and timing - and to design and execute value-enhancing transaction and funding strategies. He has almost 20 years’ experience advising mid-market corporates and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors. Frank brings a practical, execution-focused approach, combining commercial judgement with rigorous financial analysis to help clients achieve their objectives
