Marketing and Growth Director

Valerie Dwyer is the Marketing and Growth Director at RSM Ireland, leading the firms Integrated Marketing and Communications agenda and working closely with senior leadership and service-line teams to support the firm’s growth priorities and market positioning. Her role focuses on shaping and delivering firmwide marketing, communications and brand initiatives that underpin strategic programmes, client engagement and sector visibility.

Valerie has 15 years’ experience across diverse industries, with deep expertise in industry marketing, brand development and business development. Her career spans both Ireland and Canada, giving her a broad perspective on growth, positioning and market engagement in professional services environments.

Her remit includes PR and media engagement, firmwide campaigns, internal communications, client and industry programmes and major events, with close collaboration across the wider RSM network, particularly in the UK. Valerie holds a degree in Behavioural Science and a Master’s in Management and Marketing.
