Corporate Finance Director

James is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and brings over a decade of experience. He advises business owners and management teams on corporate transactions. He guides clients through the full M&A lifecycle from preparation and positioning to execution and completion.

Working closely with mid-market clients, James helps craft a clear and compelling equity story to attract the right buyers and maximise value. He leads transactions end to end, managing processes and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

James has worked with private equity and strategic buyers across a range of sectors including logistics, construction, automotive retail, education, facilities management, and software businesses. Known for his execution focused and detail-oriented approach, he combines strong project management with the judgement to time transactions effectively and achieve optimal results.
