Ajay is a Director, Transfer Pricing with RSM Ireland and has over 10 years of transfer pricing experience that includes IP planning and valuations, advising on transfer pricing models, business restructurings, profit splits, financial transactions transfer pricing, transfer pricing documentations, advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures.

Ajay has worked with clients in a wide range of industries that includes telecommunications, media, technology, life sciences, and construction.

Prior to joining RSM, Ajay was working with a big four firm. Ajay is responsible for providing transfer pricing services to clients located both domestically and internationally.
