Brian Kelly

Tax Director

Brian Kelly is a Tax Director with the firm, with 15 years experience of providing tax advisory services to a wide range of domestic and international clients.  His specialist sectors and skills include property based assignments, foreign direct investment and corporate group tax structuring.

Brian is the tax lead on advising on Irish real estate transactions. With extensive experience in this area, he has provided tax advice and compliance services as part of numerous high-profile transactions in residential and commercial property transactions, as well as the development of healthcare, educational and transport infrastructure.

Working closely with clients, Brian’s experience also includes advising on changes to tax legislation arising from the Budget and Finance Act’s, and helping Irish companies successfully plan and restructure in an expanding business environment in a tax-efficient manner, focusing on minimising the tax exposure on large inter-group transactions and establishing structures with future succession planning in mind.

Brian is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
