Caoimhe Neary

Tax Partner - Global Employment Services

Caoimhe Neary is a Tax Partner in RSM’s Global Employer Services division. She has over 15 years’ experience advising on workforce related tax matters for multinationals and Irish indigenous businesses expanding internationally.

Caoimhe specialises in Irish and cross border employment tax, global mobility, PAYE compliance, and employment tax risk management, with particular focus on Revenue audit readiness and complex workforce structures. She works closely with finance, payroll and HR leaders to translate complex legislative change into practical, defensible workforce tax solutions.

Prior to joining RSM, Caoimhe spent several years with two Big Four firms and five years in the Irish headquarters of a global retail group, where she established and led the group employment tax function. 

Caoimhe holds a Bachelor of Business and Law degree from University College Dublin and a Masters of Accounting from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
