Catríona Spaight

Talent Development Director

Catríona is the Talent Development Director at RSM. She leads initiatives to attract, develop, support and retain our people.  In her role, Catríona places a strong focus on ongoing learning, developing leaders and building high performing teams.

Catríona has 20 years of experience working in professional services in both client facing and talent development roles. She draws on this unique blend of experience from Big Four and mid-size accounting firms when developing strategies and solutions to support the ongoing development of our people and teams.

Catríona is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Learning and Development Institute in Ireland, Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute. She is also an accredited executive coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
