Ciara is a Director in our Consulting unit specialising in the area of Transformation, HR & Change. With a background in HR Management in both domestic and foreign direct investment companies, Ciara brings a practical lens to HR and Organisational Development solutions. 

Ciara partners with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Providing expert support on complex people matters and delivering people-centric solutions that create measurable value and drive organisational impact.

Ciara’s core areas of interest and expertise include Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR Strategy, and Organisational Development. 

Ciara holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. In addition, Ciara is a certified Project Manager, Trainer and psychometrics Interpreter.
