Gerardo Roca is a partner at RSM and specialises in M&A.

Gerardo has 30 years of experience in advising on commercial and corporate matters, as well as corporate and financial restructuring operations, corporate transactions and their financing, cross-border transactions, both at a domestic and international level.

He has been a member of the commercial law section of the Illustrious Barcelona Bar Association and regularly acts as an arbitrator for an institution of recognized prestige in matters of a corporate nature such as shareholders’ agreements, administrators’ liability and the challenging of corporate resolutions, amongst others.

Likewise, he is a speaker at the Barcelona Bar Association and at public and private universities, as well as at Spanish and foreign associations and entities relating to economic affairs.
