Juan Luis Pedemonte is a partner at RSM and specialises in Litigation, Civil and Arbitration.

His professional practice focuses on processes before the civil, commercial and contentious-administrative jurisdiction, and on advising on contractual and non-contractual liability.

He also has extensive experience in Insolvency law and has acted as a bankruptcy administrator.

Juan Luis has a broad experience in the representation and defence of financial institutions.

He began his professional career at TGG Abogados, which later became part of RSM Spain.

He holds a Degree in Law from the Universitat Abat Oliba and a Degree in Political Science from the University of Barcelona.

He is also a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
