Joaquim Capdevila is a partner at RSM, specialising in Corporate and M&A.

His professional practice focuses primarily on matters relating to corporate and commercial law, including acting as legal counsel to companies, the design and implementation of corporate reorganisation and restructuring processes, as well as mergers and acquisitions, among others. He has also been involved in the international expansion of business groups across different geographical regions.

He has extensive experience in the drafting, negotiation and structuring of commercial contracts across a wide range of sectors.

Joaquim also has substantial expertise in providing ongoing legal advice to companies in various industries, with particular emphasis on the cosmetics, chemicals and engineering sectors, supporting the development of their activities and business operations.
