Vicente Durán

Vicente Durán is a partner at RSM and specialises in transfer pricing.

Vicente is a specialist in international taxation and transfer pricing with more than 25 years of experience in big four. Prior to joining RSM, he was a Partner at EY, where he led the transfer pricing and tax technology practices for the financial sector in Spain. His previous career includes an extensive career at KPMG, where he founded and led the transfer pricing practice for many years. In addition, he was responsible for the M&A Tax and Integrated International Tax departments, culminating his time as managing partner of the firm's tax area.

He has extensive experience in the design, planning and defense before inspection and courts of transfer pricing policies and international tax structures, Vicente is a pioneer in the incorporation of new technologies to the tax field. He has a proven ability in the design and development of innovative transfer pricing solutions leveraged (among others) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain and in the design and development of complex models for the analysis and valuation of related-party transactions.

Vicente holds a degree in Economics from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (Cunef) and a master's degree in taxation from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and is a Member of the Madrid Registry of Economists and Tax Advisors.
