Our corporate finance team supports organisations through their merger and acquisition projects by offering expert services that generate added value to business operations and by providing due diligence services to ensures that any risks are mitigated. 

Our outsourcing team supports new, and growing, businesses seeking to meet all their compliance needs including payroll, accounting and VAT. They ensure that clients’ compliance and reporting needs are addressed on a timely basis to enable them focus on the delivery of excellent service to their clients here in Ireland. 

Our People Consulting team primarily focus on providing value added services with a view to enhancing and optimising the most valuable asset a company has;  its people. The services provided include operational HR support, recruitment, strategic HRM, organisational development and change management and leadership and development.  

Our established multi-disciplinary Forensic and Investigation Services unit brings together our existing expertise in the areas of investigation, forensic accounting, litigation support, IT forensics, tax consultancy and HR to ensure that our clients’ needs can be met in full.
