Rockpool invests in RWL Security Solutions and EZCCTV.com

RSM Ireland are delighted to have advised Rockpool Investments on its investment in RWL Security Solutions and the Fortus Group.

RWL Security Solutions (“RWL”) is a value added distributor of security equipment headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. As part of Rockpool’s investment, RWL completed the acquisition of EZCCTV.com Limited, a leading distributor of CCTV and security equipment based in Hertfordshire, UK - together forming the “Fortus Group”. The Fortus Group will look to acquire further security supply chain businesses in the UK and Ireland.
