moreRSM Ireland, one of the top 10 audit, tax and consulting firms in the country, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Carew as a Partner within its Audit and Assurance department.
Mark has over 17 years’ experience of providing audit and related advisory services to domestic, international, and semi-state companies in a diverse range of sectors, including technology and life sciences.
Mark has extensive experience in technical accounting matters in IFRS and FRS 102. He also has in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, advising Irish subsidiaries of US groups having previously worked with the Big 4 in Dublin and in Silicon Valley in the US.
Mark is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Degree in Electrical Engineering and Micro-electronics.
Globally, RSM is one of the largest global audit, tax and consulting network with offices in over 120 countries employing 48,000 people and a combined income of over $6.3 billion. In addition to its headquarters at Trinity House in Ranelagh, Dublin, the firm has two Midlands offices in Birr, Co. Offaly, and Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
