RSM Ireland, one of the top 10 audit, tax and consulting firms in the country and the biggest first-generation firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of            Paddy O’Connell as Restructuring Advisory Partner within Consulting.

Paddy has extensive Restructuring Advisory experience with over 24 years in the industry working as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner delivering a significant portfolio of formal insolvency and restructuring advisory projects. Paddy also brings a wealth of property experience and is the construction sector lead for the firm, and is a member of RSM’s European Real Estate Group. Paddy is also a member of RSM’s European Restructuring Group.

Applying his expertise across a range of sectors including real estate, construction, manufacturing, motor, IT, and retail, Paddy has also undertaken IBR’s for Financial Institutions.

Globally, RSM is one of the largest global audit, tax, and consulting networks with over 860 offices in 123 countries. Global revenue growth of 15.8% to $7.26bn was recorded in 2021, marking the seventh consecutive year of strong growth for RSM. This growing demand for RSM’s services saw over 40 new offices opened, and headcount jump to over 51,000.
