Sport Ireland Governance Seminar 2018
Sport Ireland held a Governance Seminar for Local Sport Partnerships and National Governing (Bodies of Sport NGBs) on the evening of 7th November 2018.
RSM Ireland Manager and Barrister at Law, Joanne Healy, delivered a masterclass on 'Running Effective Interviews'.
Joanne's presentation covered how to identify and avoid the most common pitfalls in interviewing others. as well as tips on how to run more effective interviews, build candidate experience and find the right talent.
The seminar also included a masterclass by Dr Tom Ward from the Institute of Public Administration.
