Sports betting and iGaming provider PointsBet acquires Irish Banach Technologies

PointsBet, an ASX listed sports and wagering operator and iGaming provider, has announced its agreement to acquire Irish sports betting technology company Banach Technologies.

The acquisition positions PointsBet as a leader of in-play betting and supports growth in the expanding US in-play betting market.
