Tom is a Director in our Consulting Team, specialising in Restructuring Advisory Solutions. He has 20 years of experience in providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.

He has delivered on a full range of Restructuring Advisory assignments leading teams on all types of formal insolvency processes to complex advisory projects.  His experiences on formal insolvency procedures include trading receiverships, large multi-site construction and development receiverships, asset receiverships, compulsory and voluntary liquidations, examinerships, SCARPS, administrations and bankruptcies.  His experiences have included asset value maximisation strategies, investigations and cross jurisdictional legal proceedings.  Advisory assignments have included optional analysis, IBRs, creditor assessments and restructuring projects.  

He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (CAI) and a member of Restructuring & Insolvency Ireland (RII).  Tom is a practicing Insolvency Practitioner (IP), JIEB qualified with certification to act both in Ireland and the UK as an Insolvency Practitioner.
