Consulting Director

Graham is a Director in our Consulting unit specialising in the area of People Consulting.

Graham manages a broad portfolio of clients across all sectors with a particular emphasis on the public sector – within which he acts as trusted advisor to a range of senior managers and HR professionals.

Graham has led and delivered significant and complex project in the areas of workforce planning, equality diversity and inclusion, technology, public procurement, performance management and more.

Graham core areas of interest and expertise include organisational development, change management, talent attraction and employee engagement.

Graham holds a MSc. in Management Consulting from Smurfit Business School, and a B.A. in Business and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin. He also holds certification in project management, psychometric interpretation and data protection.
