Colm is a Partner at RSM Ireland and leads the firm’s Risk and Governance solution, specialising in internal audit, corporate governance, risk management, SOX, control assurance (e.g. ISAE 3402, SOC 1/SOC 2), regulatory support, and technology risk.

He has nearly 20 years’ experience delivering assurance and advisory services across the public and private sectors in Ireland, the UK, and the US, with particular expertise in the regulated financial services and technology industries.

Colm brings a distinctive dual skillset across business and ICT auditing, enabling integrated risk assurance solutions tailored to client needs. Prior to joining RSM Ireland, he held senior roles in Big 4 firms in Ireland and the US and worked in internal audit functions within the UK banking and insurance sectors.
