The Opportunity

Reporting to the Internal Services Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative functions such as raising invoices, formatting and binding financial statements, preparing outgoing letters and assisting in reception duties.  

Responsibilities

  • CRM Support; Client onboarding and management, training, handholding end users, resolving and escalating stucks.
  • Assisting project leaders on new and evolving digital transformations and compliance processes through internal policy guidance and admin compliance from inception to deployment. i.e. Pilot tests, review, roll out, implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Typing all firm-related letters and other correspondence, as required.
  • Raising invoices, in sequential order, for approval and raising credit notes when required.
  • Formatting of financial statements and other documents.
  • Manage and update meeting room calendar ensuring efficient scheduling and availability.
  • Attending to partners’ requests.
  • Assisting with reception duties, as and when required, including handling all outgoing and incoming telephones, visitors, attending to all incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining mail inward and outward registers.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide required support.
  • Carrying out any other duties as may be delegated from time-to-time.
     

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Certificate in a secretarial course will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in an accounting, law, or corporate firm will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access, with demonstrated ability to conduct internet-based research.
