With over 20 years of experience spanning manufacturing, audit, and financial consulting, Manvir brings comprehensive expertise in accounting, audit, taxation, strategic financial management, corporate governance and risk management.
His career trajectory includes roles at audit firms including Ernst Young followed by senior finance leadership roles at Sameer Africa Ltd (Formerly Firestone EA Ltd) and Metro Plastics Ltd, where he served as Financial Controller, and extensive experience with international assignments across East Africa during his tenure with Ernst & Young International.
As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (CPA-K), Manvir's credentials reflect his dedication to professional excellence and ethical leadership. His extensive experience includes implementing quality management systems, designing financial reporting frameworks, and leading complex audit engagements for donor-funded organisations across Kenya, Rwanda, and Djibouti.
Manvir's expertise encompasses advanced accounting software implementation, treasury management, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. His strategic approach to financial management has consistently delivered enhanced operational efficiency and strengthened internal control environments for organisations ranging from SMEs to large multinational corporations.
