Manvir Dhanoa

Associate Director

Manvir has over 20 years experience in audit, accounting, taxation, and strategic financial management. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Practising Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (CPA-K).

Before joining RSM, Manvir led Dhanoa Associates, where he provided outsourced accounting, consulting, and audit services to SMEs. He has also held senior leadership roles, including Financial Controller at Metro Plastics Ltd and Chief Accountant at Sameer Africa Ltd, in addition to his international audit and consultancy work with Ernst & Young across Kenya, Rwanda, and Djibouti.

His expertise spans corporate governance, risk management, treasury and cash flow management, internal controls, and accounting system implementations. Manvir has advised boards and senior management teams across multiple sectors, combining technical depth with strategic insight to help organisations strengthen financial performance and regulatory compliance.
