Introduction
The Draft Finance Bill, 2026 was released on 30th April 2026 and subsequently gazetted on 5th May 2026. While we previously shared a detailed analysis of the draft Bill, we have now reviewed and updated it against the gazetted version.
This review has identified a number of key differences, which are highlighted in this release across the relevant tax laws. The newsletter provides a clear overview of the proposed amendments and their potential impact.
