The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Semi-Senior to join our growing Transaction Advisory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions support, and corporate restructuring assignments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries while contributing to strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and execute transaction advisory engagements, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital-raising transactions
  • Perform financial due diligence reviews, identifying key risks, opportunities and deal considerations
  • Conduct business valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies and prepare detailed valuation reports
  • Support corporate restructuring and financial consulting assignments through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Develop robust financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support client decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation
  • Assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities, business performance and strategic growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients to understand business needs and develop practical solutions
  • Supervise, coach, and support junior team members throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and firm methodologies
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, market research and client relationship management 
  • Work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to deliver engagements successfully

Qualifications and experience

  • CIFA, FMVA or equivalent certification is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CFA qualification or progression towards CFA designation will be an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, including: Due diligence, financial modeling and Business valuation, Corporate restructuring, Financial consulting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Data analytics expertise will be an added advantage
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
