Jilna Shah

Tax Director

Jilna started her career in the accountancy profession in 2006 and has audit and tax experience in various industry sectors. She has extensive experience in both direct and indirect taxes, including business restructuring. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of Public Finance Sector Board for Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and a member of the RSM Africa Tax committee.

She is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK (CTA). She is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She has experience in working in Kenya and United Kingdom. Prior to joining RSM, she was working at a firm in Central London as an audit and tax senior for 10 years.

Apart from her career pursuits, Jilna enjoys exploring new cuisines through travel and cooking new recipes.
