Ana is a Partner in Tax & Legal in Valencia, specialising in the area of Employment Law.

Her professional practice focuses on employment law advice to medium and large companies as well as individuals, both nationally and internationally. This includes, among other matters, employment relations, remuneration policy, hiring, social security, disciplinary regimes, individual and collective dismissals, senior management, and staff expatriations.

She also has extensive experience in legal representation and assistance before Employment Courts and Tribunals, the Labour Inspectorate, Social Security, and other Labour Authorities, as well as in corporate and business unit mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence processes, and collective bargaining (collective redundancies, temporary lay-off schemes, etc.).

Ana Lahuerta complements all of the above with her teaching activity. She has also organised and spoken at numerous conferences and seminars, and has published several articles in the press and in specialised employment law journals.
