AUSTRALIAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAD EMPLOYERS (AAGE)

RSM Graduate employer awards

RSM was voted 7th in the Accounting, Consulting and Professional Services category, as part of the Australian Association of Grad Employers (AAGE’s Top 75 Graduate Employers List).

The Top 75 Graduate Employers list was created from an anonymous survey of graduates with 12 months of full-time experience with their organisation. RSM was 63rd in the overall list which includes all industries including large organisations

RSM’s Chief Executive Partner Jamie O’Rourke says the timing of the awards is particularly significant for a number of reasons.

“A record 136 graduates across the country attended our first virtual Grad Week last month, beginning their 12 month development program known as ‘My Grad Journey’.

Our commitment is to delivering a high quality program that sets our graduates up for success now and in the future so it’s fantastic to see this recognition. We’ve also just opened applications for the Graduate Program for 2022, and will continue to build and grow the program.”

RSM is currently recruiting for 2022 graduate positions across Australia and vacation and undergraduate opportunities in selected offices.
