To assist in the balancing act RSM offers a range of flexible working arrangements either on a temporary or permanent basis.

PURCHASE LEAVE

At RSM you don’t have to sacrifice your career for a holiday or extra time in the summer. We offer employees the opportunity to purchase two or four weeks leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements, giving employees a total of six or eight weeks leave.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID

CA PROGRAM FINANCIAL SUPPORT
