The RSM Cyprus NextGen Accelerator Program is a selective, hands-on experience designed for those set to move beyond theory and build real professional skills in audit, assurance, tax and consulting.
Over the course of two months, June to July, you will not just observe; you will contribute to real projects with organised tasks, develop your technical skills, and work alongside RSM Cyprus professionals who are committed to helping you grow in the profession.
From day one, we expect you to get involved. You will analyse client data, support audit procedures, and participate in team discussions. You will develop analytical skills, accountability, and adaptability required to succeed in assurance, tax and consulting.
Additionally, at the RSM Cyprus NextGen Accelerator program, participants receive direct feedback from senior team members and are evaluated on analytical skills, accountability, communication, and adaptability. The program emphasises consistent performance and ongoing skill development.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking undergraduate students who are ready to take charge of their professional development and succeed in the professional environment of an audit firm.
Requirements:
- Studying Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing an ACCA or ACA qualification.
- A keen interest in audit, tax and consulting and enthusiasm to learn and develop your professional skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and innovative problem-solving ability.
- Collaborative team players who adapt well to dynamic work environments.
- A forward-looking attitude and a willingness to take on challenges
- Proficient in the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
