By offering experiential learning that simulates real-world scenarios in our Internship Program, we help young professionals build the technical and soft skills necessary for a thriving career. This commitment to empowering the next generation is reflected in our 2025 survey results, which show an overall satisfaction rate of 92%. We are particularly proud that 100% of participants appreciated the friendliness, collaboration, and respect of the RSM Cyprus team, and 100% confirmed that the programme was meaningful to their short- and long-term career interests. With 96% of interns recommending the programme to their peers, we continue to instill the confidence they need to take charge of their future.

International Conference
Engaging in a dialogue about local and international tax
We are proud to have supported the 8th Cyprus International Tax Conference, a leading gathering for industry leaders, policymakers and tax professionals. Through our participation, we shared strategic insights on complex regulatory questions and explored the broader implications of upcoming reforms. As regulatory frameworks tighten and international rules become more stringent, we remain dedicated to helping you understand these developments and apply the necessary changes to ensure your business thrives.
Supporting Our Community. Making a positive impact
We concluded a successful blood donation initiative and supported Europa Donna, Movember Cyprus, APOP basketball and wheelchair basketball teams, and the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Association with in-kind donations. Each cause plays a vital role in promoting health, equality and well-being across our community. By partnering with these organisations, we help raise awareness, advocate inclusion, and offer direct support to those experiencing health challenges.
Our team participated in the 50th Christodoula’s March, leading the symbolic ‘Christodoula’s Suitcase’ through Limassol to honour those affected by cancer and support its continued journey across Cyprus. The march is a powerful symbol of resilience, drawing national attention to the needs of patients and their families with cancer experience. By taking part, we walked the path of hope with "Christodoula's Suitcase", organised by the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society.
RSM Cyprus sponsored the 'Breakfast with Santa' event organised by The Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society. The occasion was filled with joy, happiness and the spirit of giving. Our team enjoyed managing the Christmas card art station, while RSM Cyprus ensured every child received a gift to brighten their festive season. We are proud to contribute to the remarkable work of The Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society and sincerely thank everyone who joined us in making a positive impact. By supporting the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society, we reinforced vital services and advocacy for those affected by cancer, making a meaningful difference where it is needed most.
On RSM World Day "Time to give back", we connected generations, creating connections and driving prosperity through the power of shared wisdom. We believe that bridging the age gap brings new ideas and creates a stronger, more inclusive future for all. Together, we explored key topics including financial crime prevention, mentorship programs for seniors, and memory-boosting techniques, empowering every generation to thrive. Also, our team guided seniors through hands-on smartwatch training, helping them embrace technology and strengthen their connections.
Pro bono services
Through our pro bono auditing services, we are proud to support the Cyprus Third Age Observatory in its mission to help older generations remain active and fulfilled. We also support the Apop Basketball Club, enabling them to showcase how sport strengthens both the body and the spirit. By offering our audit services to these organisations, we help build resilient communities where everyone can thrive.
