The RSM Cyprus Trainee Program is a structured pathway for graduates and final-year students in accounting, finance, or related fields to begin a career in audit, tax, or consulting. It combines hands-on client work, mentorship, and professional qualification support.

- Recent graduates in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Final-year undergraduate students (especially those pursuing audit careers)
- Individuals with strong academic results, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills who would like to pursue a career in an assurance, tax and consulting firm.
RSM Cyprus supports trainees in obtaining recognised qualifications, such as the ACA and the ACCA.
The program aligns with the time required to complete the ACA or ACCA qualifications. Duration may vary depending on the individual's study and career path.
Trainees gain exposure to real-world projects in audit, tax, and consulting, working with a diverse range of clients across various industries. You will combine technical work with problem-solving, teamwork, and client interaction.
Yes. Trainees receive financial and study leave support to complete professional qualifications. Guidance from experienced mentors ensures you balance work and exams effectively.
The program is based in Cyprus, but as part of the RSM Network, trainees gain access to global resources, training, and collaboration opportunities with colleagues worldwide.
