The role

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our Payroll Outsourcing Services Team. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a multinational client in the FMCG sector, based in Marousi, working closely with and under the guidance of RSM’s Payroll Outsourcing team.

Opportunity description

The ideal candidate will play an active role in the daily payroll operations and HR processes of the client and will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, verifying, and recording monthly payroll data (absences, overtime, bonuses, terminations, etc.).
  • Submitting required forms to ERGANI (hirings, terminations, work schedules, changes, digital card).
  • Managing employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters.
  • Monitoring seniority, promotions, and ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements.
  • Tracking and recording changes in salaries, job titles, transfers, and organizational changes, and updating relevant ERP systems (such as SAP or SCAN HRMS) accordingly.
  • Managing and coordinating employee insurance and healthcare benefits.
  • Collaborating with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Monitoring changes in labor and social security legislation and ensuring their practical implementation.
  • Collecting and analyzing payroll data to prepare reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects related to HR and Payroll.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Payroll or HR Administration role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP environments; knowledge of SAP and/or SCAN HRMS is considered an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Able to identify business opportunities and contribute to the practice through proactive interactions with Firm’s and clients' senior management.
