Ioannis Xenopoulos is a Certified Accountant/ Tax Consultant (A Class) and member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. With over 25 years of experience in providing tax and accounting services, he has specialized in supporting international clients operating in Greece across various industries.

Through his extensive experience, Ioannis has led and contributed in projects in the areas of tax and accounting compliance, Corporate Income Tax, ongoing tax advice, tax optimization, transfer pricing, diagnostic tax reviews, tax due diligence, Μ&Α’s, corporate structures and more.

His expertise includes working with Greek and multinational companies across multiple sectors such as real estate, tourism, services, trade, financial services, renewable energy and high technology.

With his vast background in tax advisory and consulting, Ioannis held the role of Partner at Premier Consulting SA for 16 years. His expertise is further enriched by previous leadership roles, including Tax Partner at BDO and Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, where he gained invaluable insights. Ioannis began his career with Arthur Andersen, where he developed strong expertise in taxation and compliance, building a strong background for his career and his successful journey in the field.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics & Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire.
