Summary of role
I started my career with RSM Ireland as a co-op (intern), then went on to the graduate programme in Consulting, specialising in Restructuring Advisory. I am now a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and I manage a portfolio of insolvency assignments, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Court Liquidations, Asset and Corporate Receiverships.
The highlight of my time with the firm so far was passing my last set of accountancy exams in 2022!
Adjusting to working from home during COVID, having spent a year as a co-op in the office! RSM’s hybrid policy allows for both working from home and working in the office, so you have the best of both worlds.
What has surprised me most is the level of responsibility and depth of experience you gain from Day 1 at RSM Ireland. Your inputs and contributions are valued by the management team, which fosters a real team spirit.
