The purposes of the processing are to prevent, detect, and investigate theft or threats to the safety of the staff, prevent and investigate damages, control access to the building, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. 

The legal basis of the processing is our legitimate interest in pursuing the  

purposes indicated above. 

We will hold CCTV Footage for up to 2 weeks, except where law enforcement agencies or other authorities have asked us to retain it for longer to comply with regulatory obligations or record-keeping obligations. 

Data might be shared with other entities, including service providers, insurers and authorities. 
 

Data subjects’ rights:
