RSM has devised a new programme to support young individuals in Malta wishing to gain the ACCA qualification whilst getting hands-on experience through your studies.

We will support you to qualify as an ACCA graduate as well as provide you with the necessary work exposure so that you can complement your learning with real industry experience.

The ACCA qualification is split into two levels – the Fundamental examinations and the Professional level. The Fundamental level is made up of 9 modules. The Professional level consists of 5 modules.

In order to start the Fundamental level of the ACCA qualification you need to have certain pre-qualifications. See here for the different eligible options, including a completed Matriculation Certificate, Diploma or A’Levels and O’Levels: http://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/qualifications/glance/acca/minimum-entrance-requirements.html

It is envisaged that with our tuition model you will take 2 years to complete the Foundation level and 1 year to complete the Professional level.

RSM will pay for the tuition costs for the ACCA qualification. You will start by working 20 hours per week so that you will have time to study and sit for the Fundamental exams. During this work experience we will offer a rate per hour, a study grant plus paid study leave. You will also have all statutory benefits (for example vacation and sick leave) on a pro-rata basis.

At the Professional level, we will continue supporting your studies, with financial support for the tuition costs and also by providing paid study leave. We will increase your gross annual salary as you pass through your Professional exams and as you increase the hours spent in the work exposure.

Get in touch now to discuss further the benefits of enrolling into this programme.

If you do not have the pre-qualifications necessary to start off the ACCA (at the Fundamental level), we urge you to still get in touch as there are basic certificate options which we will consider so that you gain the basic pre-requisites to continue on towards the ACCA route.
