Use of Electronic Signatures permitted by MBR

The Malta Business Registry (MBR) has issued a Notice on the use of Electronic Signatures. It has been confirmed that electronic policies_training_documents_simple_grey.pngsignatures are possible for submission of documents with the MBR as long as they adhere to EU legislation.
